QV Skincare — Brand Governance & Promotional Campaigns

Maintaining brand integrity across high-volume retail campaigns and large-scale Point of Sale (POS) rollouts.

The Goal

To design and execute high-impact promotional identities that drive consumer engagement while maintaining strict brand governance for QV Skincare.

The Challenge

Visual Inconsistency

Existing promotional assets felt generic and lacked brand harmony. The realistic photography often clashed with flat vector backgrounds, creating a "patchy" and disconnected aesthetic that didn't feel uniquely "QV."

The Strategy

Deconstruct & Align

I analysed the core visual language to identify which brand elements to retain. My goal was to integrate promotional messaging without compromising the clean, premium feel of the brand, moving away from "generic" stock layouts.

The Solution

Harmonious Design

By introducing stylized vector silhouettes and a cohesive color palette, I bridged the gap between product and promotion. This created a unified, "ownable" look that feels intentional, premium, and distinct to the QV brand.

The Execution

I translate these refined concepts into comprehensive multi-channel suites, specifically tailored for major retail environments like Chemist Warehouse.

  • Retail-Specific Adaptation: Customising designs for exclusive Chemist Warehouse placements, including high-visibility gondola ends and digital headers.

  • Key Visual Design: Developing the core creative from scratch, ensuring the QV Ceramides range remains the focal point within complex promotional layouts.

  • Dynamic Rollout: Adapting the master creative into animated social tiles, and large-format in-store displays, optimising every asset for performance and brand consistency.


The Efficiency

Scalable & Agile

Because these promotions are often short-lived with limited budgets, I developed a modular vector formula. This allows for:

  • Rapid Development: A repeatable framework for future high-speed campaign concepts.

  • Easy Scaling: High-fidelity vector elements that adapt seamlessly across various POS touchpoints.

  • Cost-Efficiency: Maintaining a premium aesthetic while minimizing production hours.
